NEW PRODUCTIVITY FEATURE 🚀

We’ve extended the functionality of the waiting room feature so you can better manage patient flow

You can now put patients that you’ve accepted into a call back on hold and they will return into their waiting room and listen to music again. You can now also transfer patients between rooms too.

This is particularly useful when you have a reception room and a telehealth coordinator that welcomes patients, triages them, and transfers them over to a clinician’s room, as the clinician can simply send them back to reception to arrange a follow-up appointment.

With just a click of a button, you can have them re-directed so you can move seamlessly onto your next consultation.
